We wrapped up the week with a Kona Ice truck at the office to give our team a chance to cool off, catch up, and head into the weekend on a high note.

At Ranger Construction, we know that taking care of our people goes beyond the jobsite. We're grateful for the hard work our team puts in every day, and it's always nice to take a break together.

This week, our Ranger team had the privilege of stepping out into the community and supporting two incredible events that are making a real impact across the Charlotte area.

First, we participated in the YMCA Golfing for Good Tournament, where proceeds go toward providing transformative programming through YMCA initiatives across Charlotte. It was a great day on the course for an even greater cause!

We also had the opportunity to support NorthPoint Foundation and Bags of Hope - two organizations doing meaningful work to uplift children and families in our community. Bags of Hope is helping fight food insecurity by providing weekend meals to school children, while NorthPoint Foundation continues to create lasting change through hands-on service and impactful giving.

At Ranger, we are proud to show up for our community and partner with organizations that share our commitment to making a difference.

Our team rolled up their sleeves today for a little yard clean-up, making our space shine. Then, we switched gears and celebrated the people who make it all happen with a classic crawfish boil, good food, great laughs, and even better company.

To top it all off, we had some fun with a dunk tank! Our President, Nick Funck, and Service Division Manager, David Watts, were great sports and took the plunge! 💦
