🏆 A DAY OF FUN, FRIENDSHIP & A LITTLE FRIENDLY COMPETITION! 🏆

Last week, we brought the Churchill family together for our Employee Appreciation Event, and what a day it was! From pickleball, ping pong, co****le, and Grand Slam Jam to the excavator speed run, there was no shortage of competition. And, of course, the main event, THE HARD HAT SHOWDOWN! 🦺🏆

🏆 A BIG CONGRATULATIONS TO OUR WINNERS!

🥇 Hard Hat Showdown: Mario
🏓 Ping Pong: Will
🏓 Pickleball: Deacon & Hunter
🌽 Co****le: Nathan & Joe
⚾ Grand Slam Jam: Carlos, Moises & Juan
🚜 Excavator Speed Run: James, Luis & Juan

With great food from our food truck, a bounce house for the kids, and an incredible turnout of employees, friends, and family, it was a day filled with laughter, competition, and plenty of memories.

At Churchill, we know it takes a great team to get the job done, and we don't take that for granted. We're grateful for every employee who shows up, puts in the work, and makes Churchill what it is. We're just as thankful for the families and friends who support them along the way.

Congratulations to all our winners, and a huge thank-you to everyone who came out and made the day such a success! We appreciate our Churchill family! ❤️

OCTOBER IS BREAST CANCER AWARENESS MONTH

This month is about so much more than wearing pink.

It’s about the mothers, daughters, sisters, wives, friends, coworkers, and loved ones who have faced breast cancer. It’s about celebrating the survivors, supporting those who are currently fighting, and remembering those who are no longer with us. 💗

Breast cancer has touched so many lives, and chances are, every one of us knows someone whose life has been affected by this disease.

Throughout the month of October, the Churchill family will be showing our support, spreading awareness, and standing together for everyone affected by breast cancer. 🎀💪

To those fighting—you are stronger than you know.

To the survivors—we celebrate you.

To those we’ve lost—we remember you.

And to the families and friends standing beside someone they love—we stand with you, too. 💕

This October, we wear pink with purpose. Together, we raise awareness. Together, we show support. Together, we fight. 🎀

🏃 Meet the Crew: Field Logistics Coordinators

Every successful project takes more than just the crews in the field — it takes a team behind the scenes making sure everyone has what they need to get the job done.

Meet Churchill Contracting’s field logistics coordinators , James and Will.

From helping deliver materials and documents to supporting our crews wherever they’re needed, James and Will help keep our operations moving every day. Their quick response, willingness to help, and dedication to the team make a big difference across our projects.

They may be covering a lot of ground, but they’re always ready to step in and help keep Churchill running smoothly.

Thank you, James and Will, for all the hard work you do. We appreciate you being an important part of the Churchill team!

👷 Meet the Crew: Estimating Team

Every successful project starts long before the equipment arrives on site.

Meet the Churchill Contracting estimating team—Robbie, Hima, and Nathan. From reviewing plans and building accurate estimates to coordinating with clients and preparing projects for success, these three help lay the groundwork for everything we do.

Their attention to detail, teamwork, and dedication ensure our crews have what they need before the first bucket ever hits the ground.

Thank you, Robbie, Hima, and Nathan, for everything you do behind the scenes. Your hard work is a big part of what keeps Churchill moving forward.

👷 Stay tuned as we continue our Meet the Crew series and introduce more of the people who make Churchill Contracting what it is.

🚧 MEET THE CREW: JONATHAN 🚧

One of our Project Managers and estimators here at Churchill! 👊😎

Jonathan is involved in a lot of what happens behind the scenes to keep our projects moving. From estimating upcoming work to managing projects once they’re underway, he helps make sure the details are handled and things stay on track from start to finish. 🚧📋

Whether he’s putting together estimates, coordinating projects, working through the details, solving problems, or keeping up with everything happening on the job, there’s always plenty on Jonathan’s plate!

Construction takes people who can see the big picture while still paying attention to the details, and Jonathan brings that mindset to everything he does.

We’re thankful to have Jonathan as part of the Churchill family and appreciate the experience, hard work, and dedication he brings to the team every day! 💪🚜

Give it up for Jonathan! 👏👊

MEET THE CREW: HEATHER

OFFICIAL TITLE: Controller 🏗️
UNOFFICIAL TITLE: The Controller of ALL Things 👑

If it involves corporate finance, payroll, HR, complex risk management, contract negotiation, regulatory compliance, equipment financing, or keeping the daily chaos in check—Heather’s on it.

She balances high-level strategy with real-world ex*****on, wearing about twenty different hats around Churchill and putting out fires without even breaking a sweat to keep the entire machine running smoothly behind the scenes every single day. Cool under fire, sharp, fiercely dependable, and the ultimate go-to for... well, everything.

If it’s happening at Churchill, Heather probably has a hand in it!

We’re beyond lucky to have you, Heather! 🙌

Today, we pause to remember.

September 11th is a day that forever changed our country—a day filled with unimaginable loss, heartbreak, courage, and sacrifice. We remember the lives taken too soon, the families whose lives were changed forever, the first responders who ran toward danger when others were running away, and the incredible strength and unity that brought our country together in one of our darkest moments. Even 25 years later, the pain and impact of that day are still felt, but so is the reminder of what we are capable of when we stand together—as neighbors, as communities, and as Americans.

Today, we honor those we lost, thank those who serve and protect our communities every day, and promise to never forget the courage, sacrifice, and unity that September 11th represents.

Never Forget. Always Remember.
