Hi Mary - I wanted to take a few minutes to let you know how much I appreciated Chaz’s work today. I selected your company based on it being woman owned and the excellent reviews. Being a single woman, and home owner, I have experienced my fair share of mansplaining and inappropriate interactions. Chaz was professional, personable, explained the process and choices in a way I could fully understand and fielded my questions with ease. It was a relief to admit these home repairs are out of my wheel house and I’m happy to pay someone else to do it the right way.

I was referred to this company by my neighbor who said they did a good job for her. I called and the nicest woman answered the phone. She went above and beyond to answer my questions and even told me that I probably did not have a plumbing issue, but an appliance issue. Who does that in this day and age? She even recommended her personal contractor for my flooring issues! I truly appreciate her candor and honesty. She is DEFINITELY the person I would call if I had any issues. Someone you can trust is priceless. What a gem to have in Charlotte! Janeen.
