Faison Side Roof = DONE ✅ | Skyline Views Coming This Fall

Standing on top of the Faison side and the roof is officially wrapped. Come fall, once these leaves drop, we’ll have a clear shot to the skyline from right up here. Meanwhile the crew’s already stacking trusses on the Brevard side — no time to admire the view for long. Quality over code, one roofline at a time. Onward and upward.

Setting 30ft of LVLs on the Roof with a Rented Telehandler | North Brevard Duets

Up on the second floor today looking down at the crew as we get ready to set LVLs on the roof — about 30 linear feet total, plus the truss package still to go in. Wasn’t exactly how I planned to spend the day, but that’s construction. We rented a telehandler for this lift and we’re getting it done, onward and upward. Some traditions are worth building into the calendar.

For more than four decades, five friends have returned to the same cabin at Copco Lake to recreate one photo every five years. What began as a spontaneous snapshot at age 19 became a lasting reminder that strong relationships are built by showing up—again and again.

When the concrete’s drying faster than you can pour it… 👀

Poured a sidewalk slab for Randolph Middle School’s new playground — built so their exceptional students get real outside time. PTO-sponsored, all hands on deck.

Heat was working against us and the mix was setting up fast. Needed one more set of hands and Corey stepped right in, holding plastic to keep splash off the building while the buggy poured. That’s the job — you adapt.
