We are STRONG FOR APRIL — lifting her up, cheering her on, praying for her healing, and surrounding her and her family with love every step of the way. 💗

April, we’ve got you. On the hard days, the good days, and every day in between. Keep fighting, keep believing, and know that your JCS family is standing right beside you.

August just got a little more special because we’re celebrating the one and only CRYSTAL! 🎊

Crystal’s official title may be Executive Project Specialist, but anyone who works with her knows that title only tells part of the story. She is a problem-solver, a go-to person, a team player, a project champion, and somehow always willing to jump in wherever she’s needed. In other words… Crystal does a little bit of everything! 🙌

Alex's leadership, field experience, and commitment to excellence have made a lasting impact on our team, and we're thrilled to see him step into this important role.

As our Field Compliance Manager, Alex will focus on strengthening safety, enhancing quality, improving fleet and driver compliance, developing field processes, and training the next generation of Field Project Managers. 🎤🏆 What happens when you put JCS, Tri Pointe Homes, and James Hardie in a room full of game show challenges?
A lot of laughs, a little friendly trash talk, and some surprisingly competitive teammates!
We had an incredible time at the Game Show Battle Rooms with our partners at James Hardie and Tri Pointe Homes. Events like these are a great reminder that strong partnerships are built not only through successful projects, but also through shared experiences and genuine relationships.
The competitive spirit definitely showed up, and while the teams may still be talking about the final scores, everyone walked away a winner when it came to teamwork, collaboration, and fun.
Thank you to everyone who joined us and made the event such a success. We’re already looking forward to the rematch! 🎯
