This chicken coop is 10x10 with an attached 10x16 enclosed run. Battery operated doors, electric for lights and plugs, water spigot for convenience, and even LVP flooring for easy clean up.
Covered in reclaimed metal to keep things budget friendly.

The conversation started out with replacing the deck boards, but the client soon realized a dirty deck was misleading.
We cleaned the deck and made repairs so the client could spend their money wisely and continue to enjoy this pool deck for years to come.

You may have an area under the stairs that you don’t have any ideas for, but that can change. Our clients needed a functional pantry.

This buildout includes shelves on drawer slides along the back, easy to reach shelves under the steps, and some additional storage along the wall. But we made sure to leave plenty of floor space to walk in and store those bulkier items after going to Costco.

Let’s talk renewal! Some would say out with the old and in with the new.

In this bathroom, we removed the old sink and vanity. Remember the cabinets that straddle the back of the toilet? Yes, we took that out too! Shower curtain? Gone! Vanity light with frosted globes? Gone!

We installed this new vanity, counter top/ sink, and the cabinet above the toilet Pottery Barn.

We also added this nice new shower door set and painted the accent wall behind the vanity.
