Hello friends, my name is Josh and I'm the proud owner of a new up and rising small business in Charlotte North Carolina. Currently any jobs for repairs will be subbed out and I have a handful of trusted subcontractors I can put you in contact with for any of your needs.

Pricing for services are as follows (subject to change upon inspection).

Lawn maintenance - $25.00 hour. Includes yard waste removal and haul (minimum of 2 hours(
General trash removal and haul- $50-300 (depends on how large the items are and if multiple trips are needed.
In home builders contents removal- (Price estimated upon free inspection)
Pressure washing- $100-500

Special discounts for quarterly, monthly or weekly lawn maintenance/ trash removal service.
