Every Lowcountry development starts with the same question: where does the water go?

Flat land, low elevation and heavy rain leave little room for error here. The answer is set long before the first storm, by the grading, the soils and the stormwater system. Before a pad is set or a road goes in, the site has to be graded, stabilized and drained correctly.

SLS Siteworks handles clearing, mass grading, storm drainage, detention ponds and erosion control for development projects across the Charleston area.

Meet Mark Bone! 👋

SLS Site’s first employee, Mark brings 15 years of experience in the site construction industry to his role as an Equipment Operator. His days are spent operating equipment and helping bring projects from plans to the ground.

Outside of work, Mark is a huge sports fan and enjoys taking his daughter to sporting events and the park, as well as spending Sundays at church.

We’re proud to have Mark as part of the SLS Site story from the very beginning!
