This was a super cool slitter/slasher combo machine called the SLINET by ASCO that we saw at Metalcon! The wheels auto adjusted to whatever you need to set them to! Absolutely amazing technology

I found these 3D printable 6” T scribes one day browsing printables almost a year ago, and Ive been using it so much, it has saved me several hours of layout time for parallel line development versus pulling a tape and squaring off the fold lines. I love how ergonomic the 6” model is, but sometimes it’s not enough. I’m going to make my own design but it will be very similar, and the T will be wider for dragging those deeper lines so it won’t wiggle out of place. I’m going to make a 7”, 8”, and 9” (possibly 9.5”) model. (I’m limited to less than 10x10x10 because of my print bed size) What would you guys mostly prefer? The 6” does fit nicely in the tool pouch for field guys though. I also used the same idea and designed a compass for radial lines and use that all the time as well.

Had such a great time at MetalCon! Saw some very interesting machines, met some great people, and gave out as many crescent eave jigs as I could. Tried to print some 6” T Scribes to give out as well for parallel line development, but had some technical difficulties at the last minute so I only was able to give out a handful of crescent eave jigs, so for those of you that couldn’t get any jigs from me or want to print more of your own, the file has been uploaded to a public database called printables.com. Some of the guys had no idea these even existed, and their days were made when I pulled them out and gave them one of their own!
Below is the link to download the crescent eave jigs for 1” or 1.5” mechanical lock. There are 4 files, for single or double lock in each size. The taller/ longer pieces are intended for double locked crescent eaves for less than 6/12 pitch

Making a bishops arch wind shroud in 26 gauge slate gray to conceal a double spark arrestor chimney cap combo! Reduced and stretched pieces on this one, and neither are very forgiving to error!

You already know the deal! Completely custom made-in-house square downspout system for this beautiful Kiawah home. Including 5 radius downspouts, 18 custom elbows, and 18 hand beaten square outlets via a 3d printed jig. We are very proud to be producing this high quality level of craftsmanship!
