Did you know Hennis Handcrafted Homes offers consultations and management services in addition to building? Some of our favorite repeat customers approached us about helping with their pool project at Seabrook Island. We handled all of the items that the pool company didn’t want to do and also helped the homeowners with managing the project for quality and efficiency. Additionally, we converted a space under their covered porch into a pool side cabana hang out space complete with travertine floors, smart tv, mini fridge, bar seating with leathered granite top, an area to rinse off from the pool, and a hidden storage area. Looks like an amazing spot to relax and soak up the sun! Glad we were able to help make this vision come to life! Contact Hennis Handcrafted Homes LLC with your project ideas

New bathroom looking fresh! These repeat customers had a cool vision to rearrange their former laundry room and existing bathroom to be combined into a larger primary bathroom. We tore down a wall to make one room out of two, moved all of the plumbing fixtures to new locations, added a freestanding soaking tub, and a double vanity. At one point this room was part of their garage, which presented some challenges leveling out the floor but our team took the appropriate measures to make it right. Another cool feature we incorporated was a small niche down low to create a ledge for leg shaving. Everything turned out awesome! Feel free to reach out to Hennis Handcrafted Homes LLC with your next project!

Latest project completed! We demoed this old deck and rebuilt it, making it all one level instead of two levels like before. The customers added some cool details like using hog wire fencing for the railings and wanted to extend up the 4 corner posts so they could install sun shades later. Big improvement! Wrapping up a beautiful Primary bathroom remodel on Seabrook Island. The original bathroom was around 20-25 years old and in desperate need of an upgrade. We removed the jacuzzi tub and installed a custom zero entry wall in tile shower with a linear drain to where the jacuzzi had previously been. The toilet moved to the location where the shower had been creating a storage area. All of our tile came from our friends at Melcer Tile . All sheetrock and painting magic completed by our favorite folks at . The custom shower bench seat, vanity top, and quartz accent pieces all match and draw everything together. The homeowner played around with polished nickel and matte white shower hardware that turned out great. A custom frameless glass shower door and a fun mirror to finish everything out. Turned out great! Let’s chat about your next home remodeling project! Thank you for the great referral
