Wrapping up a beautiful Primary bathroom remodel on Seabrook Island. The original bathroom was around 20-25 years old and in desperate need of an upgrade. We removed the whirlpool bath tub and installed a custom zero entry wall in tile shower with a linear drain to where the whirlpool bath had previously been. The toilet moved to the location where the shower had been creating a storage area. All of our tile came from our friends at Melcer Tile . All sheetrock and painting magic completed by our favorite folks at . The custom shower bench seat, vanity top, and quartz accent pieces all match and draw everything together. The homeowner played around with polished nickel and matte white shower hardware that turned out great. A custom frameless glass shower door and a fun mirror to finish everything out. Check out this Seabrook Island kitchen and wet bar remodel we just competed. The homeowners wanted to replace their induction stovetop with a gas cooktop which involved altering the cabinets, cutting out the countertop to accept the new cooktop, and running a new gas line to this location. The double wall oven had been previously wired incorrectly and was causing issues so we installed the correct size wire direct from the fuse box. All of the cabinets were painted with the blue island and wet bar being switched out to a beautiful Sherwin Williams Clary Sage color. Lastly, we removed the middle cabinet in the wet bar and replaced it with two reclaimed heart pine shelves, installed new cabinet LED cabinet lighting, installed custom glass front cabinet doors, and removed wall paper and installed a custom tile back splash. The customers loved the transformation and so did we!

Throwback to a porch remodeling project we tackled a year ago and forgot to post! This was for some of our favorite customers and very good friends near where we live. Their old porch flooring was original to their house and was rotting. The railings were traditional pickets that also needed some attention. We demoed the flooring and replaced it with pressure treated tongue and groove flooring, demoed the existing railings and screen and replaced the railings with black powder coated hog wire panels on both the porch and step railings. After painting and staining, our favorite screen system was installed. What a perfect porch for entertaining, dining, or just relaxing while enjoying the view!

First project of 2026 completed! We designed and built this cool farm shed for a customer to store their zero turn, a side by side, and other pieces of equipment out here on Wadmalaw. It will be a great place to help organize their side yard!

This party barn we just completed is doubling as a pool cabana for this backyard oasis in the countryside outside of Charleston. The outdoor shower is perfect for rinsing after a dip in the pool or after working in the yard. The interior boasts a kitchenette with dual stainless refrigerators, a sink, and a monster tv- perfect for entertaining. Turned out awesome!
