The latest model is showing a serious temperature clash setting up around mid-September — much cooler air diving south while summer heat hangs on across the East and South. 🔥⚡🥶

That sharp red-vs-blue battle zone could mean one thing:

A legit fall front may be trying to charge south. 🍂💨

If this keeps showing up, some places could go from “still feels like summer” to “where’s my hoodie?” in a hurry. 😂

It is officially september, although it feels more like july. But the good news is, we will get cool at some point, and the leaves will change and fall will be here labor Day is this weekend, which means the official end of summer. So summer can go away now. And fall can come because we are definitely tired of the heat. Who else is with me who's ready for hoodies? 🥶 50s REACH DEEP INTO THE SOUTH?!

The overnight European model is showing a serious taste of fall around September 12, with widespread 50s reaching into portions of the Deep South and even some 40s farther north! 🍂

Confidence is beginning to increase that a meaningful pattern change could arrive during the second week of September—but this remains a long-range model signal, not a locked-in forecast.

If this verifies, many areas could finally get a refreshing break from the summer heat! 👀

Started a landscaping job around a pool last week after a delay in getting the stone delivered we are finally getting started 3 layer retaining wall going up around the entire pool as u see here more work still left to do but we are making progress

Slated to begin in September, the build is requiring the removal of our ATM. Sometime in August, the ATM be removed and service will not be available at this location until construction is completed in 2027.
