We just completed this major shiplap upgrade to the garage level staircase on this drive under house on Daniel Island. We included a new door at the base of the stairs as well as an HVAC supply vent to heat and cool the new space.

We just completed an amazing three bay garage with a FROG above. It is connected to the main house with a mudroom - drop zone. The barn door provides some separation from the main house.

Termite damage and rot repair are one of the scopes of work we specialize in, and have been doing for more than 15 years. It is very important to make sure you do a very thorough job with destructive testing in that the termites will often skip from one area to another, with no damage between the two affected areas.
Below are some before and after pictures from a current project.

We are making great progress on this three bay Daniel Island FROG. Spray foam insulation is completed.
Sheetrock is hung and ready for the finishers on Monday. The exterior siding and trim are completed and the painters are busy with the prep work.
