At Myers we have on staff a Mechanical Engineer, Certified Environmental Consultant, Building Performance Institute Professional and Home Energy Rater for Energy Star. These professional designations allow us to provide solutions to air conditioning, moisture / mold, and allergy problems. Most people do not realize their ceiling fan has a seasonal setting. In the summer counterclockwise pushes cool air down. In the fall and winter switching it to clockwise on a low speed pulls warm air that has risen to the ceiling back down into the room where you actually feel it.
