Spring is here and things are starting to wake up at Nana’s Iris Garden 🌸

The irises in the ground are just beginning to bloom, and while the potted ones aren’t blooming yet, I do have a wide variety of colors available in pots right now.

A quick note—what’s blooming in the garden may not be exactly what’s available in pots. But if you tell me what colors you love (purple, peach, pink, etc.), I’m happy to send you photos of what I currently have.

All pots are $5 each, and most have more than one plant in them. I’ve kept them at that price since the late 90s because I believe everyone should be able to enjoy flowers—and they’ll multiply over time 🌱

If you’re interested, just send me a direct message here on Facebook and let me know what colors you’re looking for. I’ll get back to you with pictures so you can choose what you like.

Bloom season is getting closer, and we’ll continue sharing updates here as more irises begin to bloom in the garden. While the big blooms haven’t happened just yet, we do have dwarf, intermediate, and tall bearded iris available in pots for $5 each, and they’re sold all year long. These established potted plants are a great way to bring home irises that will soon be ready to bloom in your own garden. Although we unfortunately no longer offer guided tours, the pots make it easy to still enjoy and take home a piece of the garden.

If you’d like to place an order, simply send us a private message with the name of the iris and how many you’re interested in. If you’re looking for a specific color, let us know and we’re happy to send additional photos through Messenger to help you find the right ones.

As a reminder, we no longer offer tours of the garden.

Unfortunately, while much of Arkansas received good rain earlier this year, our area missed out—we didn’t get the moisture needed for a healthy bloom season. Because of the ongoing drought, our garden didn’t produce flowers this spring.

That said, we still have potted irises available for $5 each! While you won’t see them in bloom right now, we’re happy to send photos online if you’d like to browse what we have.
