Its fun to see things come full circle. Over 20 years ago, I started my business and was working on names. At the time everything was Palmetto this and Palmetto that and our State Flag was on everything (as it should be). Attempting to be unique, Crescent Moon Landscaping was born. The logo came shortly after. Since then I've had many people compliment us on the name and logo. I love history and every time someone would listen I would tell them the story of Ft. Moultrie, how the flag came about, and how it has changed due to that place. Working in and around Charleston creates opportunities to work with a lot of history. This year we have been working on a larger renovation on the Ft. Moultrie Pier. It just so happens that this is the 250th anniversary of Carolina Day which is the Celebration of General Moultrie's defence of this sandy, palmetto tree fort and the Charleston Harbor. As a proud Charlestonian and South Carolinian this is special. Thanks to the Park Service and Cape Romain Contractors for allowing us to be a part of this project.
HAPPY CAROLINA DAY!
