As a Service Technician, Jonnie’s attention to detail and commitment to doing things the right way make him an incredibly important part of the Moonlighting team. He takes pride in the little things, and that attention to detail helps ensure the standards we’ve built this company on are upheld every day.

When Food & Wine named Chubby Fish the #7 restaurant in the country, the assignment was clear: create an outdoor atmosphere that feels just as iconic.

Standard fixtures were never going to cut it here. We started in the shop, sourcing and restoring retired ship pendants made of copper and brass to hang beneath the pergola as a nod to their maritime roots.

From there, we layered subtle planter downlighting and low-glare under-bench warmth to make sure the evening ambient light matches the quality on the plate.

An unforgettable space for an unforgettable dining experience.

Happy 8 years to our office manager, Natalie Sumner!

Natalie somehow keeps the office running, the parties planned, the phones answered, and the rest of us organized… all at the same time.

For the past 8 years, she’s been the friendly voice greeting our customers, the mastermind behind every office celebration, and the person making sure the details don’t slip through the cracks.

Outside of work, she’s either cheering on her son Peyton at the ballfield, adding another Kenny Chesney concert to what has to be a record-setting total, or making a breakfast casserole that deserves its own holiday.

Natalie, thanks for eight years of keeping us on track, making work more fun, and doing a hundred things that often go unnoticed. We appreciate you more than you know.
