Our regularly planned meeting is at the James Island town hall on Sunday April 19th at 2:30 (come at 2:00 if you want to share some food and drink and socialize. Our program this week will be by Gentry Massee-Williams. He is one of the Horticulture experts at Magnolia Gardens. He will be talking about work he does at Magnolia. Gentry is a very talented speaker and his passion for camellias is infectious!!! Looking forward to seeing everyone Sunday.

On another note for American Camellia Society members. You recently (last couple weeks) received a notice from ACS explaining that elections are being held this month. Our own David Whitaker is running for a position (Atlantic Coast Director) with the National Society. It's imperative that you vote for David and support our hard working local club members at this prestigious level. You will need to have your membership number handy. If you don't have it, please call ACS and get it.
