Life And Death Of A LED Bulb

LED bulbs aren’t perfect…

Neither was the incandescent bulb unless you consider converting most of its electricity into heat a design feature...

A typical incandescent lasts around 1,000 hours.

A decent LED can last 15,000–25,000+ hours…

Yes, cheap LED drivers can fail. That’s true.

So can cheap everything else…

Overall, LEDs use less electricity, produce less heat, and last considerably longer…

But apparently somebody found a failed LED bulb and decided the 19th century had been vindicated.

Sometimes the smallest improvements can have the biggest impact with very reasonable costs.

These doors were removed, taken to our shop, professionally sprayed, and brought back with a whole new attitude. Clean, modern, fresh… and maybe just a little perky.

Maybe it’s cabinet doors, a bathroom vanity, built-ins, or old trim. You don’t always have to replace it to completely change the feel of a space.

We are painting your properties in downtown Charleston. This client has acquired one rental property, and we have the pleasure of maintaining two of their properties. Most of the time, we outsource to Joe Nolte, Tight Lines Painting; however, this one was on the smaller side, so we undertook the project. We don’t just specialize in custom remodeling; we also perform repairs, which we thoroughly enjoy. We are grateful for the good weather and the opportunity to work. 😀
