This beautiful historic home on coming street had some serious rot at the rafter tails, continuing underneath where the soffit and facia were located. We repaired everything for the homeowner and even a few extra things he wasn't aware of.

The old windows at this apartment building were painted shut and had little to no insulation. Installed new double hung windows for the residents so they can now enjoy a breeze on a nice day, and also lower heating/cooling bills.
