Meet Hank!

Hank Maxwell is the CEO of Maxwell Creative Contracting, a name that has become synonymous with integrity and quality.

Maxwell Creative Contracting began in 2019, but Hank has been in the construction industry since 2006. Hank has established himself as a respected figure in the world of residential construction, renowned for his genuine client relationships, attention to detail, and unwavering commitment to excellence.

Hank graduated from Clemson University in 2006 with a degree in Construction Science and Management along with a minor in Business Administration. Since completing his education, Hank has gained a vast amount of experience in both residential and commercial construction. He found a passion in residential building, leading him to take the bold step to found Maxwell Creative Contracting with the mission to create stunning, functional living spaces that exceed the client’s expectations. Hank strives to cultivate a culture of collaboration, communication, and integrity which has resulted in an array of successful projects, earning the company a reputation for unparalleled craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.

Beyond his professional life, Hank enjoys spending quality time with his family, exploring the outdoors, being active as an Elder at Palmetto Presbyterian Church, and volunteering his time on the Clemson University Construction Science and Management Industry Advisor Board. His wife, Sarah, works alongside him and wears many hats at Maxwell Creative Contracting. She focuses a great deal on company growth and development while maintaining the high standards and core values on which it was founded. They have 3 kids, Lilian, Cora, and Riggs. When not working, you can most likely find Hank and Sarah at one of their kids’ extracurricular activities.
