There’s nothing more satisfying than restoring a piece of history.

We have had the privilege to handle areas of the restoration for one of Charleston’s most iconic buildings.

The historic Trainshed on line street has been converted into new apartments to house a new restaurant as well as new residents.

This project has been a unique experience for our team and we’re grateful for the opportunity to bring life back to this beautiful landmark.

Things are getting loud at the Arnett Office!

Over the past week, our team and partners at Williamson Welding, have been working hard to install new stairs in our office building.

When you have residents occupying a construction site, safety is always the number one priority. Our team and partners worked tirelessly to ensure all safety measures were taken to complete this milestone in this project!

All throughout the week, our team and our partners at PCG are working hard to get the Mezzanine floor formed and poured.

We’re excited to say that MEP sleeving is going to be starting this week.

A staircase this unique requires a different level of expertise.

On one of our custom luxury homes, the client wanted the staircase to be more than a transition from the first floor to the second floor. They wanted it to be a talking point.

From the thoughtfully designed handrails, to the w**e cellar underneath it, this staircase brings a unique touch to a custom home only Arnett can bring.

Hard work is underway on our largest project yet!

This brand-new six-floor apartment complex has been such an exciting project for our team. We’re proud of the work and effort put in from our partners at Palmetto Concrete Group.

In the next month, we’re looking to finish concrete and start framing by mid-November. We’re so excited for the people of Charleston to see this project.

We’re loving this custom mountain home 🏔️🏠

Finishing touches are underway for one of our most exciting and unique homes. This custom mountain house made of shipping containers requires a level of expertise and creativity only Arnett can bring to a project.

This week, we will install the shower glass, finish framing, and move on to finishes. We can’t wait to show you all the finished product!

Recently, we had to remove this scissor lift from our building. This type of job requires an emphasis on safety and professionalism. Moving this type of heavy machinery can be extremely dangerous if done irresponsibly.

Our team at Arnett Construction supervised this task to be handled the best way possible. With our team’s accuracy and care, we took care of this job in less than 20 minutes!
