Here it is, the Fish Fry menu for this Lenten season! We are adding a menu item this year…homemade coleslaw! Can’t wait to see everyone on March 7th for the best fish around!

OMGosh these are SOOOOOOOOO good!!!!!
Talk about taking pork chops to a whole new level, these were melt in your mouth delicious!
Parmesan Baked Pork Chops
4 boneless pork chops
1 T. olive oil
1 C. parmesan cheese (I used Kraft)
1 C. Italian bread crumbs
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. garlic powder
On a plate combine the last 4 ingredients. Rub the pork chops with olive oil and then dip (coat) each one in the cheese mixture. Press the mixture over the pork chops to make sure they are well covered in it. Line a pan with tin foil and spray with cooking spray. Place the pork chops on the pan and bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes

PIONEER WOMAN APPLE DUMPLINGS
INGREDIENTS
2 granny smith apples
2 (8 ounce) cans crescent rolls
1 cup butter
1 1⁄2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 dash cinnamon
1 (12 ounce) can Mountain Dew soda
DIRECTIONS
Peel and core apples.
Cut apples into 8 slices each.
Roll each apple slice in a crescent roll.

After an exciting weekend of NFL football, the Charleroi Fire Department is gearing up for its annual SUPER BOWL PIZZA NIGHT! We will be selling our famous pizza Sunday, February 13th, before the big game from 2 - 6 PM. Takeout or delivery, no eat in.
