POV: You're mid-renovation and it feels overwhelming — too many samples on the counter, too many opinions in your ear, too many decisions you didn't know you'd have to make — that isn't you struggling. That's a project moving without a sequence.

"Intentional" is an overused word in design. Here's what it actually means when there's this much on the line: every material, every finish, every fixture decided in the right order, at the right moment, before it costs you anything to change course. 2025 deepened what we value most: patience, resilience, trust, loyalty, faith, laughter, joy, and perseverance—refining us and strengthening how we lead our clients with greater clarity, steadiness, and care.

As we step into our fourth year of business, we’re still amazed by how far we’ve come, and even more committed to what’s ahead: raising the bar and creating homes that feel as thoughtful as they are beautiful.

In 2025, we served 25+ clients across Chapin, Lexington, Greenville, and Columbia—supporting custom builds and renovations, plus single-space transformations along the way.

We expanded our services with more architectural and rendering support and honed our processes and client platforms for a smoother, more organized experience. And the feedback has meant the world: that our process feels thoughtful, intentional, and truly executed—organized, collaborative, and built to help families make confident decisions. Great design isn’t just selections; it’s guidance, communication, and a calm, well-run process.

Behind every finished space is a wider team we’re deeply grateful for—our build partners, trades, and vendors—who answer the calls, troubleshoot in real time, and bring steady excellence to every detail. Thank you for the craftsmanship, the collaboration, and the shared commitment to doing things the right way.

We’ve been in deep project mode lately — site visits, install days, late-night emails, and high point trips — which means our feed has been much quieter than real life. But this morning felt like the right time to slow down and share a tiny slice of the Highwater Court project: the guest bath.
This room started as an afterthought, the kind of space stuck between other rooms where life happens. Now it’s one of the favorite corners of the house and a space the client tells us their girls will never want to leave.
There’s something about the way the light hits the vertical paneling, the way the brass mirrors frame those ribbed glass pendants, the way the cane doors and fluted drawers on the vanity add just enough texture without ever shouting for attention. We layered in a vintage-inspired runner and simple styling — a ceramic pitcher, gathered stems, amber glass — so it feels like a story, not a showroom.
