Your bathroom doesn't have to clash

We took a dated primary bath in Fairfax Station and brought it into conversation with the rest of the home. New finishes, better flow, everything coordinated. It's not about ripping everything out—it's about making what you have work together.

Small refreshes hit different when they're done right.

Small space. Big transformation.

This is what intentional design looks like. 🛁

Most people don't think about this moment—when the cabinets go in and suddenly you're not looking at an empty room anymore. You're looking at your kitchen.

This one in Fairfax is getting navy lowers because the homeowner didn't want cookie-cutter. Smart. And that 10-foot island? That wasn't a whim. It's because their old kitchen had them squeezed at the counter. This reno is fixing actual problems, not just swapping finishes.

Natasha stepped into the Vienna kitchen this morning and saw what most homeowners would call a mess. Floors cut and fitted to the millimeter. New electrical and plumbing roughed in for a layout that didn't exist two weeks ago. Drywall mud drying on every wall.

But she saw something different: the frame. Everything structural is locked in. The geometry is set. By this week, cabinets land, and the space transforms from construction site to kitchen.

This is the phase nobody photographs. It's where precision matters more than aesthetics. Where a half-inch mistake becomes six months of problems, or a perfectly teethed floor becomes the foundation of everything that comes next.

Turning open loft space into a 4th bedroom = instant added value 💰

3-bedroom to 4-bedroom changes everything for resale. More square footage that counts on the appraisal. Higher price point. Bigger buyer pool.

If you've got loft space sitting unused, this might be the best ROI move in your home.

Before and after: a pre-list kitchen we wrapped in Herndon.

The homeowners were about to list and wanted the kitchen to show well. Dated cabinets, heavy countertops, tired finishes. We brought it into 2026 before the photos were taken.

Pre-list renovations are one of our favorite categories. Small investment, real ROI at closing.

Time to get to work on this Falls Church kitchen.

This is kitchen number two in our behind-the-scenes series. Before a single wall comes down, there's a whole process most people never see. Design concepts. Material selections. Permit applications. Contractor coordination.

This one went from building permit to demo day in 4 days. The homeowners wanted more storage, better flow, and a kitchen that works as the center of the home.

Follow along. More progress coming.

Shoutout to Natasha for keeping this one moving from day one.

You've seen our finished kitchens. Time to show you how we actually get there.

We're launching a behind-the-scenes look at some of our current kitchen renovations. No staging. No filters. Just the real work.

This one is a full kitchen reno in Vienna. One week in. The homeowners decided to open up the breakfast nook by removing a knee wall, add a pot filler behind the range, and go with a custom shaker-style wood range hood.

Every kitchen renovation is hundreds of small decisions happening in real time. Our job is to keep up and keep it moving.

This is the first of a few kitchens we'll be following over the coming weeks. Stay tuned for progress.

Shoutout to Natasha for keeping this one on track.
