Tyler has stepped up bigtime at Stellar Airpark taking a leadership role on the project.

Congrats to our July employee of the month, Jose Villalobos!

Jose was selected for stepping up into a leadership role at the Atria Petscan project and leading a team.

In addition to leading that latter project he also helped with Demo at Queen Creek Retail, CDPS Dermatology in Gilbert, MIP demising wall, and AKDHS Banner and Admin

Nathan said Jose just has a “whatever it takes attitude” and this is why he makes our team better.

Here’s some facts about Jose
-I’ve done electrical for over 2 years now
-In 5 years I see myself in a foreman position
-One of my favorite hobbies is dancing, I love a good night full of fun, and baking bread, I haven’t done lately but in my free times me and my wife enjoy making desserts
-Proudest accomplishment with work was leading Atria Petscan successfully to completion

Jose makes our team so much stronger. We are grateful for him!

Meet Jose Villalobos!

Jose joined us in February when we started our growth on the commercial side. Since joining he’s had the opportunity to take lead on a couple different projects including Atria Petscan and Sherwin Williams

Here’s what Jose had to say about his background: “Since 2023 I had my mind set to become an electrician, went to trading school and started working in this trade in 2024, every day I learn something new, I like to spend time with my family in my days off, I try to stay close to my loved ones”

Jose is a hard worker, great leader, and fun teammate. We are fortunate to have him on our team!

Hey everyone, I’m Noah 👋
I was born in Fontana, CA and raised here in the Phoenix valley. I have a background in general contracting working with my dad. I am excited to officially get my foot in the door of the electrical trade and start building something long-term. I’m looking forward to learning, growing, and working alongside the Lytle team.

Employee spotlight…Gary Simson!

Gary joined Lytle a few months ago. Gary is 19 and this is his first job in the trades. He joined with no experience and has been an exceptionally fast learner.

Gary says, “It’s exciting work. Seeing all our projects from start to finish and that we are helping Arizona grow in a way.”

Gary is humble and pushes himself so he can contribute to the team. We love hiring people like Gary who take control of their development and live with a growth mindset. He is a great example of our core values in action.
