The heat has been disrespectful lately… and your AC knows it. 😂

We’ve had an influx of service calls lately where dirty condenser coils are contributing to systems struggling to keep homes cool.
A dirty outdoor coil means your AC has to work harder to get rid of heat. When it’s already 100° outside, that extra strain can make a BIG difference.

If your AC is running constantly, your house isn’t cooling like it normally does, or your energy bill suddenly looks a little rude, you can take a look at your outdoor unit! If the coils are visibly dirty, you can try gently rinsing them off with a regular garden hose. Sometimes that little bit of cleaning is all it needs to breathe again.

But sometimes a hose just isn’t enough. When we clean condenser coils, we use a chemical coil cleaner to help break down the dirt and buildup that a simple rinse may not remove. So if your unit is still struggling after a rinse, give us a call and we’ll be happy to take a look!
