Y’all hang tight… hopefully colder weather is coming soon! And that means it’s ALMOST time to turn those heaters on. Very soon we will be getting ready to head out for our fall tune-ups for our maintenance plan customers!

Our $225 annual maintenance plan includes:
- A spring A/C tune-up
-A fall heating tune-up
-Preventative maintenance to help keep your system running properly
-30% off repairs
-Priority service
We’ll check things over, catch potential problems before they turn into bigger ones, and make sure your A/C and heater are ready for the season ahead.

Not interested in an annual plan? No problem! If you just want us to come out and check your system once, we can do that too.

Whether you’re looking for preventative maintenance or you have doubts about your heater, give us a call or text!

🎉 Happy Birthday to the man behind Top Tier HVAC!

Josh has built Top Tier from the ground up, and watching him put so much pride into what he does has been pretty cool. He works hard, cares about his customers, and puts his name behind every job he takes on. I’m incredibly proud of his work ethic, his integrity, and his devotion to doing things the right way.

But what I’m most proud of is the man he is outside of work. He’s an amazing dad and husband who works hard to take care of his family, leads by example, and always points us back to Christ!

I’m SO proud of the business he’s built, but even more proud of the man behind it.

Mini splits are a great, affordable option for spaces that are hard to heat and cool with a traditional HVAC system. We’ve had several customers go this route recently!

They can be especially helpful for:
• Bedrooms or additions that stay hotter or colder than the rest of the house
• Detached garages or workshops you want to keep comfortable
• bonus rooms, or converted spaces without existing ductwork
• Guest houses or mother-in-law suites
• Rooms where extending ductwork just isn’t practical
• Homes where someone wants more control over the temperature in individual rooms

One of the biggest benefits? You can heat and cool the space you actually use without having to condition the entire house.

Thinking a mini split might make sense for your space? Give us a call or text at 903-780-5426 and we’ll be happy to help you figure out what works best for your home!

When’s the last time you changed your air filter? 👀
A clean filter helps your system breathe easier and can help prevent unnecessary strain on your HVAC system. It’s one of those little things that’s easy to forget… until you realize you can’t remember the last time you changed it.

If you’re the person who changes your air filter… and then immediately forgets when you changed it… this is for you. 😂
Try tying it to something you already do:

Pick a day: Change it on the 1st of every month.
Pay a bill: Change it every time you pay your electric bill.
Set a reminder: Put a recurring reminder in your phone so you don’t have to think about it.
We personally line ours up with our mortgage payment!
Don’t make your system work harder-take a quick look at yours today.

Meet the team 😎

With a small family-owned business, everyone gets a job.
Some are more qualified than others… but HR is keeping an eye on everybody.

Just kidding. 5 of us know absolutely nothing about HVAC and Josh pretty much runs it all. 😂
