My oldest had a break from flight school so I stuck him in the “cockpit” of a skid steer and had him help with a depth conversion. He did an amazing job for having never operated one before.

Here’s the start to finish of a project we just finished up!

One we just finished. Only the shell was left. Added steps and benches, re-plumbed, new light, and new equipment. Basically a new pool.

This is a pool the builder thought was a good idea to not install waterline tile and instead pebbles to the deck. The pebble was cracked and delaminating at the expansion joint. The builder also installed painted stucco under the sheers. You can see in the photo the bubbled and peeling paint. We demoed the pebble at the tile line and installed tile. We also prepped and installed tile under the sheers to prevent future water issues.

Before and after. The pool builder on this one thought it was a good idea to install slate 1x1 tile on the deco wall under the sheers. It was disintegrating, delaminating, and badly calcified. We demoed and installed an actual pool tile ment for this type of application.
