Mixing metal method, choose a primary finish for lighting, hardware, and mirrors.

Choose a secondary finish for plumbing fixtures + bath accessories (towel hooks, tp holders, etc.)

As long as both finishes are in multiple areas it will feel cohesive and intentional.

Bigger doesn’t always mean more square footage. It’s about how the space is designed.

1 - Taller ceilings, 10 to 12 feet, let light travel and gives off the perception of a larger space.

2 - Windows on multiple walls, taller windows, and higher placement make spaces feel wider and brighter.

3 - Long sight-lines creates depth. Your eye reads distance as space.

4 - Fewer visual breaks, continuous flooring and simple trim keep the eye moving instead of stopping.

5 - Better scale, wider openings, larger doors, and full height cabinetry make rooms feel more spacious.

These are the quiet design decisions that change how a home feels day to day.
