Today, we officially begin a new chapter in Kovach's history.

After many years in the office we've proudly called home, today we move into our new headquarters.

It's hard to put into words everything this building has meant to our company. Within these walls, careers began, friendships were formed, challenges were overcome, and countless projects took shape before becoming landmarks across the country.
Our previous office wasn't just where we worked—it was where Kovach continued to grow.

As we look forward to everything our new headquarters represents, we're equally grateful for the memories made in the building we're leaving behind.

Preserving history takes craftsmanship, collaboration, and a shared commitment to excellence.

Originally constructed in the early 1930s to house the U.S. Navy's USS Macon airship, Hangar One at Moffett Federal Airfield has become one of the most recognizable aviation landmarks in the United States. After years of restoration, this iconic structure has been revitalized while preserving its historic character.

Kovach was proud to contribute the metal panel and glass façade systems that helped bring this landmark back to life, combining modern performance with respect for its original design.

Congratulations to the entire project team on the recognition this remarkable project continues to receive, including:

Building performance starts with the building envelope.

These photos capture Kovach crews installing Insulated Metal Panels (IMPs) on the Intel Fab 52 project in Chandler, Arizona.

IMPs have become a preferred solution for advanced manufacturing facilities because they combine multiple building envelope functions into one factory-engineered system, providing:
✔ Continuous insulation for improved energy efficiency
✔ Air, water, and v***r protection
✔ Faster installation than traditional wall assemblies
✔ Clean, durable architectural finishes

For this project, Kovach installed Kingspan Insulated Metal Panels, helping deliver a high-performance exterior enclosure designed to meet the demanding requirements of one of the nation's most advanced semiconductor manufacturing facilities.

Projects like Intel Fab 52 demonstrate how the right building envelope systems contribute to long-term building performance while allowing our field teams to showcase the craftsmanship and precision that define every Kovach installation.

Some projects become part of a city's identity.

Completed in 2016, Marina Heights transformed the Tempe Town Lake skyline and helped establish one of the largest corporate campuses in Arizona. The development spans approximately 2 million square feet across five office towers and serves as State Farm's regional headquarters.

Kovach was proud to contribute to this landmark project by installing the composite metal panel systems that define much of the campus's clean, contemporary appearance. Our work supported the project's LEED Silver design objectives while helping create a durable, high-performance building envelope.

Nearly a decade later, Marina Heights remains one of the most recognizable corporate campuses in the Southwest—a project we're proud to have helped bring to life.

Some projects continue to stand out long after they're completed.

Completed in 2017 as part of Nashville's transformative Capitol View development, One LifeWay Plaza was designed to blend modern workplace design with the historic character of the surrounding neighborhood. The approximately 277,000-square-foot headquarters became a prominent addition to Nashville's growing skyline and earned recognition for its thoughtful design and integration into the mixed-use district.

Kovach was proud to provide the glass and metal façade systems that helped define the building's clean architectural lines and distinctive appearance. Its design and craftsmanship continue to make it a recognizable landmark in downtown Nashville.

With its five-story presence, glass volume, curved roofline, and layered exterior systems, the building creates a strong architectural identity at the heart of the university.
