Modern Splendor Homes is growing by leaps and bounds, and we’re excited to expand our team!
We are looking for a highly qualified, experienced Project Manager who understands the level of detail, communication, and ex*****on required in luxury custom home construction.
The ideal candidate will have:
• 5+ years of residential construction experience
• Strong knowledge of the custom home building process
• Exceptional attention to detail and organization
• A+ communication skills with clients, trades, and our internal team
• Experience reading and interpreting architectural plans and blueprints
• The ability to effectively schedule, coordinate, and manage subcontractors and trades
• Confidence managing client expectations and communication
• Experience with CoConstruct and/or Buildertrend preferred
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and commitment to exceptional quality
