Most remodel bids handle doors, trim, and hardware in one line: Install new doors and trim throughout.
Then four weeks in, a truck shows up with six hollow-core slabs and 2-1/4" colonial casing — and that's when you find out what's going into your brand new space. You may be happy. You may not be.
We don't work that way.
Before demo ever starts, you already know:
Doors — Solid core or hollow core. Panel profile. Which direction every single one swings. Primed and painted on site, or pre-finished.
Trim — The exact casing and base profile, by name and by width. Whether it matches the rest of your house or intentionally doesn't. The paint and sheen.
Hardware — Lever or k**b. Passage, privacy, or dummy. And the hinges in that same finish, because a matte black lever on a satin nickel hinge is something you'll notice every day for the next twenty years.
That's three items of MANY we go through when planning your basement finish or bathroom remodel.
We're not your average remodel handyman. We're a design-build firm with a process. Every material, every finish, every decision gets made, documented, and priced before our team arrives for demo day.
Because a fixed price only means something if the scope behind it is real.
