It's our favorite day!

✨ Today we are excited to show off the Champlin Master Bathroom Remodel REVEAL! ✨

There were three main goals with this remodel:

1. The shower.

Our clients needed not only a fix for their leaky shower, but they also wanted a solution that would limit the amount of glass they had to keep clean every day. We solved that problem by enclosing the shower a bit more so that there is only one glass wall to take care of. We took it a step further by installing rain head shower fixture to keep the water from spraying outward, and we also added a shower sprayer for easier cleaning.

2. The bath tub.

Our clients were tired of their whirlpool bath tub and wanted something more sleek. They also wanted to create space for the changes to the shower. So we moved the plumbing and installed a beautiful new freestanding tub. This space is now ready for the perfect end of day wind downs.

3. Vanity height.

Both our clients are tall people, and the low vanity was really getting to them. But, they didn't have an issue with how their vanity looked and fuctioned. So we removed the old countertop and sinks and added a riser before the new countertops were installed. Same vanity, new height.

We also added a light over the shower to keep the space bright, painted the walls, installed brand new tile floor and all new bathroom accessories.

🌟 Project Reveal Day 🌟

We are SO excited to share the final photos of the Nautical Basement Remodel in Maple Grove! We even threw in a few of the before photos in there to give you the full scope of this transformation.

This basement took on quite the transformation. It included all new paint, trim, flooring, elimination of soffits, custom cabinetry for a brand new wet bar and entertainment center, transforming a window to a french door, a full gut bathroom remodel...there was very little we didn't touch in this remodel!

This was one for the memory books. We loved working with Deanne and Justin, and our team knocked it out of the park.
