Shear Structural is pleased to announce the expansion of its ownership team with the appointment of Ben Robertson, PE, SE and Kartik Sampath, PE as Associate Principals. This milestone reflects the firm’s continued growth and its commitment to recognizing leadership, technical excellence, and long-term investment in the company’s future.
Both new Associate Principals have played integral roles in advancing Shear Structural’s mission from the inception of the firm in 2017, contributing to complex projects, mentoring staff, and strengthening client relationships. Their elevation to ownership underscores the firm’s belief in developing leaders from within and ensuring continuity for clients and partners.
