We were proud to take part in the Make-A-Wish Georgia Walk/Run in support of Make-A-Wish Georgia and continue our ongoing commitment to giving back alongside Special Olympics Georgia.

We’re proud to be working with Georgia Highlands College on the renovation of the Lakeview Building.

Winter Construction is leading the renovations, converting the space into an updated facility for Nursing and Dental Hygiene programs. The project includes hands-on simulation labs, a public-facing dental hygiene clinic, upgraded classrooms, and key building system improvements.

It’s rewarding to help deliver spaces that strengthen education, expand access to care, and support the next generation of healthcare professionals.

Progress Update: Tech Square Phase 3B 🏗️

Things are moving along at Georgia Institute of Technology! Our teams are hard at work on a 175,000 GSF interior build-out across two towers (14 & 18 stories).

It takes a lot of coordination and problem-solving to keep a project like this moving—but that’s where our team thrives.

The high-energy competition at our latest FUNstruction event at Game Show Battle Rooms - Atlanta proved that our field coordination translates perfectly to the spotlight. That same momentum carries into our monthly Project Manager Peer Meetings, where our PMs gather at the home office for deep dives into strategy and coordination.

These sessions—often followed by office-wide happy hours to recharge—keep our teams aligned and connected. We know our best work happens when we remain dedicated to Great relationships with everyone. 🧱🏆
