We worked hard for the smile on this woman's face. This home caught on fire and the existing owner covered it up with 100% the worse work I have ever seen. I've built better tree houses... we ran into issues every step of the way. Some issues were so bad I had guys I network with telling me to stop and leave because the house was on the verge of collapsing. But I already knew that. So instead of letting her potentially losing her own. we corrected the subfloor, footers and doubled up on the framing for those walls we knocked out and jacked the upstairs up until we eliminated the massive bow in the floor. Which adjusted the bow in the roof to a degree. Next step is a full exterior remodel , new siding, new windows and any plywood or framing that Bob the builder may have installed incorrectly.
