🔥 FROM FIRE DAMAGE TO BRAND NEW CONSTRUCTION 🏠🔨

This project started as an insurance fire restoration, but after working through the process, we were able to get the project approved for essentially a complete new rebuild.
From demolition and site prep ➡️ foundation ➡️ framing ➡️ and now TRUSSES ARE UP!

Next step: getting this home dried in and moving into the rough-in phase.
At BNC Builders LLC, we don’t just build new homes — we also take on insurance restoration and rebuild projects, helping homeowners navigate the construction side of getting their home back.
It’s pretty rewarding watching this one come back to life from the ground up. 💪🏽🏠

Today is more than just closing day it's the day our clients receive the keys to a home built just for them. 🏡🔑
We're incredibly proud to hand over this beautiful 2,554 sq. ft. custom home after taking it from permits, demolition, and construction all the way to the finish line.
This was BNC Builders' first true custom home build for a client and officially our 7th completed home. Milestones like this remind us why we do what we do.
