Fletscher Residential Building Design Ted Fletscher was a native of San Jose, California before relocating to Southern Oregon.

With over thirty five years of professional Building Design and Planning experience, Ted specializes in quality residential designs for building contractors and for individual owners. He welcomes you to call his design studio to discuss your next residential project - be it new or remodel, large or small. Ted obtained his license as a California Architect in 1986 and then conducted his "design & b

uild" business as a licensed General Contractor in the Santa Cruz area. He has practiced Building Design in the Southern Oregon area since 1992 and has developed a long list of satisfied clients. He no longer works as a building contractor, but has several quality contractor referrals available upon request. Ted has designed numerous residential additions and remodels and as a previous "hands on" contractor, he understands construction and has the experience to anticipate unusual situations that might require special attention. He also has had experience with designing commercial structures, medical and dental offices, and land planning for multi-unit developments.
