• Stops the draft at the most-used opening in the house
• Makes the whole facade look finished

This is not “character.” This is water getting behind the paint. On the Cape this starts at window sills, corner boards, door casings, and the bottom course of shingles. Ignore it through one more winter and you are not repairing trim anymore — you are rebuilding the framing behind it. We do rot repair, trim replacement, and cedar shingle work all over the Cape. There’s something special about repeat customers.

Last summer, one of my first bigger projects was replacing the deck boards on this homeowner’s front deck. This year, they called me back to build this brand new Trex® backyard deck with color-matched screws for a clean, seamless finish!

I’m incredibly grateful they trusted me again. It’s the perfect place to sit with a cup of coffee, watch the birds in the backyard, and enjoy everything this space has to offer!
