A customer in Bountiful called us out with an air conditioner that wouldn’t run — turned out to be a bad capacitor. Scott cleaned the unit, installed a new capacitor, and had cool air back in about 30 minutes. As part of our standard process, we always test the whole condenser, not just the failed part, to make sure nothing else is on its way out — and this one checked out great.
