We are looking to add an install Foreman to our team. This is for a full-time position with an average of 45 hours per week Monday-Friday. $30.00- $35.00 per hour - Salary also available for the right candidate.
This is for the lead position on a landscape installation crew and You would be in charge of a crew of 2-3 workers. The work that you would be performing is installation of retaining walls, paver patios, cement work, plantings/sod etc. You would be required to manage projects start to finish in an efficient manor, manage tools, equipment and material to ensure you have what is as needed every day and to make sure all crew members are being efficient.
We are looking for someone that brings a positive attitude to work everyday, reliable and is extremely detail oriented as we provide quality work to our customers.
Requirements are as follows.
- Need to have a minimum of 3 years experience in landscape installation of hardscapes
- Need to have a minimum of 2 years of crew lead experience
- Need to have a clean (insurable) license
- DOT health card - company paid
- Class A license or willing/able to get it - we help pay for this on most occasions
- Need to be able to drive our trucks with trailering heavy equipment - skid loaders, backhoe etc.
- Have experience operating heavy equipment such as skid loaders and mini excavators.
