Framing is coming along beautifully here at one of our latest farmhouse builds. We love when the vision starts turning into something we can actually walk through!

That’s a wrap on our summer architectural design class! The students enjoyed learning the basics of home design and Paul had a blast teaching them. They’re now equipped to create blueprints in the Chief Architect software. While the class is ending, the ideas they can bring to life are only just beginning.

We’re proud of our students!

New project—a traditional farmhouse.

August is a brutal month to be working construction in TN and we’re grateful for our team’s hard work everyday whether there’s sun… or more sun. ☀️

Nestled at the foot of a hill, this 2,000 sq. ft. modern farmhouse was designed to be the perfect countryside getaway.

The open floor plan creates a bright, welcoming space for gathering with family and friends. Large windows, high ceilings, and light finishes fill the home with natural light. The layout intentionally separates the private bedroom wing from the open gathering spaces, making it easy for some to turn in early while others stay up and enjoy the evening.

Outside, a cozy screened porch and spacious patio make it easy to slow down and enjoy the view.
