Built on a full ICF basement right on the edge of a bluff overlooking the lake, and constructed with an all LVL wood frame, Driftwood Lakehouse is set to withstand any type of weather.

The design and style is modern, but with enough wood accents and warmth to be a super cozy retreat. It’s built to be highly functional, efficient, and low maintenance, with a heavy duty standing seam metal roof, closed cell insulation, Hardie siding, and Pella Lifestyle windows and doors. The living room features soaring shiplap ceilings and looks out of the full window wall to beautiful sunsets over the lake.

The hearth is limestone, and rather than being raised, it’s installed directly on the floor.
