Good morning,
I returned to work Friday after a much-needed vacation, only to encounter an unexpected setback. While en route back to the repair shop — the van had developed a minor issue — our service vehicle came loose from the tow truck during transport, collided with an oncoming vehicle, and came to rest in a wooded ditch. Thankfully, no one was injured in the incident, though the timing could not be worse for All Cape Chimney Sweep.
We are now without our only service vehicle, which will temporarily impact our scheduling and ability to reach customers for chimney service. Please be assured that I am doing everything possible to get back on schedule and back up on chimneys as quickly as we can.
I sincerely appreciate your understanding and patience while we work through this challenge and return to the reliable service you have come to expect from us.

Good morning everyone,
I want to make you aware of an issue affecting my business. A customer contacted me yesterday to reschedule an appointment and mentioned that when they called the phone number listed on my Google page, someone else answered and attempted to book a new appointment.
It appears that my Google listing phone number was changed without my authorization, and someone may be impersonating my business.

I personally answer all calls
We do not accept credit cards and will never ask for payment over the phone
