Giant shoutout to Ryan, Jason, Nathan, and Mikey for showing what the Watkins team is really about. 💙

Ryan was out helping an elderly customer left in a terrible situation. Another company walked away from an unfinished job and left behind a huge mess of water heaters, water softeners, and heavy equipment she couldn’t move.

When Ryan called the shop for help, Jason and Nathan immediately jumped in the truck and headed over to help finish the job, remove the old equipment and clean things up. By the time the team left, the customer was in tears and so thankful for the help.

These are the moments that matter. It’s not just about HVAC, it’s about taking care of people when they need it most.

When we started the system up it worked great. However, as they were dialing things in and taking measurements they noticed that the pressure was higher than it should have been. They TOOK OUT the smaller duct and REINSTALLED the larger duct on their own to make sure everything was RIGHT.”
