Another project completed, this one being the Leon County Republican Party Headquarters!

This project focused on improving access, drainage, and the overall functionality of the property!

This job included a new concrete driveway, a walkway connecting the garage to the main building, and sidewalks extending around to the side patio. We also tore out and replaced an extended section of the driveway with reclaimed asphalt millings, providing a cost-effective, durable alternative to concrete. To finish things off, gutter drains were installed to direct water away from the building and help ensure proper drainage.

A new home site coming together! 🏡

This 85×85 house pad started with a 3 foot grade change from one side to the other. After moving and shaping the dirt, we’ve got it level, compacted, and ready for concrete.

Another project taking shape! 🚧

We’re getting the site ready for a 60×65 shop slab with a 25×36 carport area. With nearly 6 feet of grade change across the shop, this site required some careful grading to make everything work together.

The carport area was sloped to provide proper drainage while also helping reduce the amount of dirt needed to bring the site to grade. A little planning and a lot of dirt work goes a long way toward getting a solid, functional site ready.

A big area calls for the right equipment. 🚜

This property had a lot of growth to tackle, so we put the tractor to work and started making our way through it. With a large area like this, it takes time, equipment, and plenty of passes to get everything cut down and cleaned up.

The difference between the before and after photos speaks for itself. What started as a heavily overgrown area is now cleared back, cleaned up, and much easier to maintain.

Another job getting knocked out, one pass at a time. 💪🏼

Lassater Street progress! 🚧

This project has been a true one load at a time kind of job! After approximately 200 loads of dirt, we’re finally getting close to seeing the ground work come together.

What started as a lot of open ground has taken plenty of time, material, and hard work to get to this point. Each load has played a part in building up the site, shaping the grade, and getting everything where it needs to be.

There’s still work to be done, but the progress is becoming more and more noticeable with every load. 💪🏼

Another project underway! 🚧

We’re doing the dirt work for a 60× 65 shop pad that’s designed for a 40×60 shop and a 25×60 carport.

We’ve stripped the topsoil and are hauling in select fill. With approximately 6 feet of grade difference across the pad, there’s plenty of dirt to move, but we’ll get it done right.

Solid ground is where every good project begins, and that’s what we bring to every job.
