Just about to finish our first "Bulletproof" roof system here in Grand Lake, Colorado for Kerry Buthod Taylor. Coming along swimmingly!! This is a FORTIFIED roof with an F Wave Roofing XTM shingle system. Kerry will NEVER replace this roof!

Decking is re-nailed, 3 rows of Grace Vycor with two staggered layers of GAF - Roofing Tiger Paw synthetic felt with a tighter nailing pattern, drip edge with a tighter pattern, shingle starter set in a bed of tar, and more. This is a Miami-Dade county + code system. It is designed to withstand hurricanes. Add in the XTM shingle and we are ready to rock!

**PLEASE READ, THIS IS IMPORTANT!**

A lot of companies (cults) out there who collect money from and then "vet" service companies like Roofers, HVAC, Electricians, Plumbers, etc think they have it figured out when they are telling the masses what to do or what to look for when hiring a contractor.

My favorite recently is one of those local celebrities who has a "Team" of people you can trust. They take money from 40+ roofers and then recommend them all. Who has the money to just pay these mafia-oriented businesses? We don't!

Instead, we try to always look out for our customers. We are constantly doing free checks and giving free advice to try and clean up the industry and make it easier for homeowners to understand what's happening. But these guys really don't care. It's all about the money. I called them out on their publication and they emailed and asked why I thought they were wrong. I feel like they should figure it out on their own!
