We kicked off Construction Inclusion Week with a session on psychological safety. Monica Pelle, with ComPsych, led our team through practical tips on building a culture where team members feel heard and respected.

We were proud to support the Denver Health Foundation at their newest event, Promenade, celebrating the people and stories that make Denver Health such an invaluable part of our community.

Throughout the evening, Denver Health team members showcased their lifesaving work through interactive stations at the Denver Botanic Gardens. Our team enjoyed getting a closer look at the amazing programs and connecting with the people who make it possible.

Last Wednesday, our CEO Byron Haselden sat down with our Lean In group for their annual Coffee Chat, a time for the women of Haselden to ask questions and share their perspective. The conversation ranged from mentorship vs. sponsorship to an inside look from Byron on his thoughts for the future of Haselden.

The Coffee Chat has become a unique opportunity for Lean In members to hear directly from Byron—and just as importantly, for Byron to hear directly from them. That two-way conversation gives our group a meaningful voice as we think about growth and opportunity.

The competition was fierce at the return of our Haselden Barbecue Competition! Our cooks grilled, smoked, and roasted all day in preparation to wow our team members with their final dish. Though each bite met exacting standards, three winners prevailed: Mike Eads, Jeff Trefz, and Ben Barella.

Last week, we raised a glass to celebrate the crews behind our work across the Western Slope. 🍻

Out teams have been driving major progress at every jobsite, from topping out at Stratos in Snowmass, to breaking ground on Stockman and Wildair in Steamboat Springs, and pushing into the next phase of our West End housing development in Edwards. These milestones showcase the dedication and work ethic of our incredible teams.

Thank you to every superintendent, project manager, and trade partner working hard to make big things happen in the mountains!
