Skilled Fleet & Equipment Mechanic Needed

Cox Professional Landscape Services LLC, a locally owned commercial landscape and snow removal company based in Centennial, is seeking a Skilled Mechanic to support and maintain our growing fleet and equipment lineup. This is a year round position offering stability, weekly pay, and strong benefits within a professional, fast paced operations environment.
Position Overview:
The ideal candidate will have hands on commercial experience and the ability to diagnose, repair, maintain, and set up a wide range of landscape and snow removal equipment. This role is critical to keeping our field operations running safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
• Fleet maintenance — Perform routine truck maintenance and small repairs across company vehicles
• Trailer service — Conduct trailer inspections, repairs, wiring fixes, and safety checks
• Equipment repair — Maintain and repair commercial mowers, small tractors, front end loaders, snow plows, and small equipment
• Parts procurement — Order, track, and procure parts, consumables, and disposables used in daily operations
• Equipment setup — Set up and configure all types of commercial landscape maintenance, construction equipment, and snow removal attachments
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment
• Communicate professionally with management and field teams regarding equipment status and needs
Required Experience:
• Commercial mechanic experience is required
• Strong diagnostic skills across trucks, trailers, hydraulics, electrical systems, and small engines
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple repair priorities
• Reliable, punctual, and safety focused work habits
