Some evenings leave a lasting impression, and the 2026 Denver Trident Tribute was certainly one of them. 🇺🇸

Tower Electric was proud to support the Navy SEAL Foundation, with our President, Joshiah Dodge, attending on our behalf at Modern Aviation in Denver. The evening brought together an incredible community for a meaningful cause, featuring a SEAL demonstration by the Patriot Parachute Team, live music, and a silent auction. But what made the night truly special was the reason everyone came together.

Behind every Navy SEAL and SWCC is a family that shares in the sacrifices of service. The Navy SEAL Foundation does incredible work supporting these warriors, veterans, and their loved ones through some of life's most challenging moments.

At Tower Electric, we're fortunate to have opportunities to support organizations making a real difference. This is one we're especially proud to stand behind.

To those who serve, those who have served, and the families standing beside them, thank you. Your sacrifices do not go unnoticed.

If you'd like to join us in supporting this incredible mission, visit www.navysealfoundation.org to learn more or make a donation.

Please join us in welcoming Tracy Estes, our new Controller at Tower Electric!⚡

Tracy brings 11.5 years of experience from Texas Roadhouse, where she worked her way up to Senior International Accountant. Originally earning her degree in biology, she later returned to school to pursue accounting, proving it’s never too late to take a new path! Outside of work, Tracy loves spending time with her 6-year-old daughter. From hiking and kayaking to paddleboarding and rock climbing, they’re always up for an adventure!

Tracy says she already feels right at home with the Tower team, and we couldn’t be happier to have her here! If you’re stopping by the office, be sure to say hello and give Tracy a warm welcome! 👋

Hard work, good food, and an even better crew! 👏

Our Mountain Division team at Traer Creek Apartments in Avon, Colorado, recently traded their tools for a team appreciation lunch!

With three buildings moving forward, busy schedules, and Colorado mountain weather keeping everyone on their toes, this crew has been putting in some serious work. Taking a little time to enjoy lunch together was a well-deserved opportunity to recognize the people behind all that progress.

To our Traer Creek crew, we see the effort, we appreciate the hustle, and we're grateful to have you representing Tower Electric!

Lights on. Fields ready. Almost game time. 🏈⚾⚡

The new Musco sports lighting at Crockett High School is shining brightly over the Track & Field and baseball/softball fields, and we couldn’t resist sharing these views.

There’s still work to wrap up, but seeing the lights come on is one of those milestones that makes all the work behind the scenes worth it.

Thank you Swinerton for your partnership!

Now that’s a catch. 🦈🎣

Our team recently spent two days on the water with the Swinerton Crockett High School team for a customer appreciation fishing trip that gave everyone a few stories to bring back to the jobsite.

Day one brought in Amberjack, Red Snapper, Barracuda, and Cubera Snapper. But day two was the real adventure when the group hooked a 10'6" Tiger Shark! Everyone took a turn on the reel, working together to bring it in.

We’re grateful for the opportunity to work alongside great partners, but even more grateful for the relationships that come from it. Sometimes the best team building happens far outside the jobsite.

Thank you to the Swinerton team for joining us for an unforgettable couple of days on the water!

Some people wait to be told what to do next. Caleb Mackey isn’t one of them.

Congratulations to Caleb, our September Employee of the Month! 🏆

Caleb has continued to stand out for his initiative, work ethic, and willingness to take ownership. He works well independently, follows through on what needs to get done, and pays close attention to the details that make a difference in the quality of our work. He’s also never afraid to take on something challenging. Whether he’s learning a new skill or tackling more complex work like lighting controls, Caleb approaches it with the same attitude: figure it out, learn from it, and get the job done right.

That drive to keep learning and improving is exactly what we love to see at Tower. Thank you, Caleb, for the effort you bring every day and for continuing to raise the bar. Well deserved!

Our Mountain Division continues to grow! 🏔️

Please join us in welcoming David McCormick, our new Site Superintendent, who is currently leading work in the field at our Foote’s Rest Town Center project in Frisco, Colorado.

David brings more than 30 years of construction and electrical industry experience, with a career that has taken him across the Midwest and Western United States. His background spans oil and gas, substations, solar and BESS facilities, mining, multifamily, heavy commercial, food processing facilities, and more. That variety of experience has given David the opportunity to work in some incredibly complex environments, and we’re excited to have that knowledge and field leadership joining our Mountain team!

Early mornings look a little better when you can see the progress shining through. 🌅

Our crew at Glenmoor Country Club has been putting in the work, and it’s showing. All lighting throughout the building is officially energized, outlets on the lower and mid levels are powered up, and rooftop work is now underway.

A view like this is a pretty great way to start another week and a reminder that all the work going into this project is worth it. We are beyond proud of our crew and the progress they continue to make at Glenmoor Country Club!

Our Missouri Division is serving up some serious progress at Five-Four Restaurant! ⚡

With the utility company officially powering up the transformers, our crew is now working on getting power to the RTUs, the General Contractor’s trailer, and temporary power and lighting throughout the site. Every milestone brings this project one step closer to the finish line, and at this point, we can almost taste it.

A big thank-you to the men in the field who continue to keep this project moving forward. Your hard work, coordination, and commitment are what bring every piece together.
