Last minute Hot Water Heater install last week. Even though the panel was “within sight” I went ahead and added a 20 amp disconnect switch right next to the unit for when it comes to servicing. Love it when projects go so smooth.

Brand new overhead feeders to the garage to power up this 100 Amp sub panel. The home owners used to run a long extension cord to plug in the garage door open, no interior lights or outlets. Not anymore! I set them up with a new GE panel with interior lights, exterior motion sensor light, garage door opener receptacle and general use GFCI circuit and a Stage 2 Tesla Charger

We passed rough electrical inspection on this office addition today. We added 6” dimmable cut in wafer can lights, added some receptacles to an existing circuit which means we now have to update the circuit with Arc Fault protection. Once insulation, drywall, texture and paint are completed, we can do the final trim out with new Lutron Dimmers switches and Decora Tamper Resistant receptacles and call in for a final inspection through Douglas County.

I think it’s safe to say my client liked the finished product

I set her up with a 20 amp GFCI receptacle below her panel since she had no power there and then ran some EMT Conduit over to a switch which controls a switched receptacle up top for some string lights 💡

This was a special project for a good friend of mine. He wanted to be able to control this absolutely stunning custom light fixture on its own dimmer switch, but with a finished wood ceiling and finished walls, I had to make a miracle happen. After a good hour or so of investigating and brainstorming I came up with a game plan. Let’s just say this was the most difficult install I’ve ever encountered but at the end of the day the job was done and no damage done to the beautiful finished ceiling or walls
