This one took a minute. Had to pull off several times to go do other jobs, but here we are. Touched every part of the house. Owners did a lot of work themselves (scraped popcorn, textured, painted, installing baseboards and casing).
Kitchen had dropped grid ceiling and fluorescent lighting. Removed that, rerouted electrical, patched sheetrock, added recessed lights, refaced cabinets with new stained faceframes and oak shaker doors with soft close hidden hinges, new drawers with softclose undermount slides, a blind corner glide out, new quartz countertops, undermount sink, travertine backsplash and porcelain floor tile. Opened up wall between doorway and corner.
Painted fireplace cabinet and added new shaker doors and crown.
Installed new wood look LVP through the rest of the house minus the bathrooms.
Removed bulkhead from hall bathroom, patched sheetrock, matched texture and painted, replaced exhaust vent/light, painted cabinets and added shaker doors and crown and new drawer slides.
Painted hall cabinet, added new shaker doors, new drawers and soft close undermounts.
Reconfigured master bath and bedroom closet. Added walls, took out walls, moved closet to area in front of and under stairs, built and installed closet organizer and dresser cabinet.
Gutted shower, opened up doorway, installed new Wedi Sentinel board and Kerdi shower tray, new Delta Faucet, niche, tile and shower glass.
Tiled floor, built and installed new double sink vanity. Added recessed lighting and wall sconces, rerouted switches and outlets. Added plumbing under floor for new tub. Installed new Jetta whirlpool tub.
Replaced all interior doors with new 2 panel painted shaker doors.
