We’re excited to announce the promotion of Evan Rodgers from Assistant Project Manager to Project Manager!

Evan is a bright, dedicated young man who has continued to grow, take on more responsibility, and prove himself as a valuable part of the HBA team. He brings a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and the kind of attitude that makes you excited about what’s ahead.

HBA Design Build recently completed this approximately 100,000 SF tilt-wall manufacturing facility for Metro Custom Plastics in Grand Prairie, Texas.

Designed specifically around MCP’s operations, the facility supports its plastic injection molding and manufacturing processes while providing the space and infrastructure needed for continued growth.

From design through construction, our team worked closely with MCP to turn their operational needs into a facility built for the way they do business.

We appreciate Metro Custom Plastics trusting HBA with their new home and are excited to see them up and running!

Big things often start with infrastructure.

At Kips Crossing in Celina, Phase 1 is officially underway as HBA begins the construction and rerouting of Oklahoma Drive. This critical roadway and utility infrastructure will lay the foundation for the larger vision of Kips Crossing, a multi-phased mixed-use development that will bring together commercial, retail, residential, and self-storage uses.

While roads and utilities may not always steal the spotlight, they're the backbone of every successful development. We're excited to help build the framework that will support the next chapter of growth in Celina.

There’s no substitute for seeing progress firsthand.

Recently, HBA brought the Molinos project team together in Sherman for a boots-on-the-ground look at just how far this project has come.

Along with the owner’s rep, architect, HBA field team, and Sherman Economic Development Corporation, we walked the new facilities and then hit the road—literally—touring the new Progress Drive and Tortilla Way infrastructure currently under construction.

One of the best parts of the day was seeing the enthusiasm from the SEDCO team as they experienced the progress firsthand. A lot of planning, coordination, and hard work has gone into getting to this point, and it’s rewarding to see all the pieces beginning to connect.

Buildings, roads, infrastructure—and a project team all moving in the same direction.

Today, HBA had the opportunity to do something simple for some very deserving people.

With Willard Middle School opening as Celina’s newest campus, we stocked the teacher breakrooms with drinks and snacks to help welcome the staff and show our appreciation. With a brand-new school, PTOs and other support organizations are still getting established, so we were happy to step in and help get the year started.

Celina continues to grow at an incredible pace, with new schools planned for years to come. Behind that growth are teachers and staff working hard every day to serve our kids and our community.

We’re proud to support Celina ISD and even prouder to serve the community we call home.
