PROJECT AWARD | WILMER, TX

HBA has been selected by EQT Real Estate to complete a major interior construction project at Texport Logistics in Wilmer, Texas, supporting the operational needs of a leading global company.

The 826,620-square-foot facility will undergo extensive improvements, including office build-out, warehouse improvements, and significant electrical and power upgrades.

This is a substantial project with a demanding scope and schedule, requiring careful planning and coordination across multiple disciplines. Our team is already underway and looking forward to delivering another large-scale industrial project in the DFW market.

We appreciate EQT Real Estate’s trust in HBA and the opportunity to be part of this project.
